The data collected powers essential portal operations:

Data helps us understand students better to improve the portal and offer optimal, personalized service.
Data Access
Sensitive student data is only accessible to critical support staff to resolve specific issues on strict need basis. Access is automatically revoked thereafter. Bulk data is never disclosed or sold to external parties.
Defense-grade encryption protects all data communication and storage. 2-factor authentication adds extra identity verification to allow portal access.
Data Retention
Exam results data is stored as long as students maintain an active profile. Bulk inactive profiles are anonymized after 3 years of inactivity.
Usage analytics and communications metadata is aggregated and made anonymous after 90 days.
Students can delete profiles or request account closure to permanently erase records ahead of schedule per GDPR standards. Closed exam results cannot be recovered.
